The room had comfortable beds. The room was also clean. I found a good WiFi connection (it was fast enough for video calls).

clean room comfy bed unfriendly staff food quality
The location was really convenient. It was close to transport and supermarkets. the room was very clean and tidy. the bed was unbelievably comfy. I slept very well.
the staff seemed pretty unfriendly? breakfast also wasn't really nice. it lacked options. the food quality was not great but i guess for the price of the stay you shouldn't expect much.

dirty windows basic amenities
i found the room quite bare. there were only two towels, a hairdryer, and some soap available. dirty windows were noticeable i expected a bit more for what i paid.

sad breakfast unfriendly staff
The room was clean. That much I can say.
The breakfast was seriously sad. Every single day, it was the exact same pathetic spread. A bit of variation would not go amiss. the staff at the front desk seemed to have a permanent frown. A smile might crack their faces, but I did not witness it.

reliable hotel air conditioning front desk
i found a reliable hotel close by the transport. the room included air conditioning i can control. the front desk provides assistance anytime i needed.
the breakfast selections repeated daily were not so good. i wish there were changes to the menu.

the hotel is near the main bus station and florence station. walking to the centre takes some time. the spot works well with easy access to transportation options and nearby amenities.
